By accessing or using Cerpost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cerpost is an AI-powered social media content generation and scheduling platform that allows you to:

  • Generate social media posts from URLs, articles, and videos using AI
  • Connect and post to social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Bluesky)
  • Schedule posts for future publication
  • Save and manage content drafts
  • Store content sources in your Brain for reuse

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate content that violates social media platform policies

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before posting.

Source Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any URLs or content you submit for AI processing. We are not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations in source materials you provide.

7. Social Media Integrations

When connecting your social media accounts:

  • You authorize us to post content on your behalf
  • You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms (account suspensions, post removals, etc.)
  • You may revoke access at any time through your settings or the social media platform

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Results or outcomes from using the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERPOST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cerpost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cerpost operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
